WPVI PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A mother whose two young children were found living in deplorable conditions in a North Philadelphia home was sentenced Friday to up to two years in prison. Megan Bach pleaded guilty in August to child endangerment. Bach's husband, Thomas Bach, has also pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced in December.
